quality felt floor protectors or wide bearing furniture rests with
felt bottoms. The wider the protector, the better. Never use rolling
casters on your wood floors.

WearMax job-site floor is the most wear-resistant finish on the
market, sharp or pointed objects can nevertheless damage it and your
floor.
-
Don't walk on your floor with "stiletto-style" heels. Stiletto heels
and other high-pressure point objects may cause indentations on the
finish and wood floor.
-
Sunlight can have an effect on natural wood floors. Rearrange area
rugs and furniture periodically to minimize light discoloration.
- Keep
pet's nails trimmed and filed in order to minimize surface
indentations.
- Use
an air tire dolly when moving heavy appliances or furniture. But
first, put down a sheet of quarter-inch plywood or Masonite to
protect the floor surface. Never try to slide or roll heavy objects
across the floor without precautions.
