General: Waterborne Sealer, based on Acrylic and Polyurethane Dispersions.
WearMax Professional High Build Sealer 6525 dries clear and performs with excellent build. WearMax Professional High Build Sealer 6525 is specially designed to seal old and worn Linoleum and restore a uniform sheen and appearance.

Properties: WearMax Professional High Build Sealer is specially developed to create excellent adhesion on all wood species and linoleum. It is formulated to guaranty excellent sunlight resistance as well as excellent flow. WearMax
Professional High Build Sealer 6525 is VOC compliant and water soluble if not cured. WearMax Professional High Build Sealer 6525 levels perfectly and is easy to screen if desired.

Spread rate: 10 – 25 sqm./ltr. or 40 – 100 gr./sqm.

Dry Time: 2 – 3 hrs. to buff

Viscosity: 17 – 19 sec. 4 mm DIN Cup

Application: Strip entire floor to remove any residue of previous finishes and any kind of dirt and/or stains. Rinse with plenty of water and allow entire surface to dry completely.
Apply WearMax Professional High Build Sealer 6525 with a lightweight T-Bar and short nap applicator sleeve.
Allow dry time of 2 – 3 h.
If necessary buff with 120grit screen, or maroon pad with 150 – 220 grit sandpaper strips attached. Vacuum and tack with a damp towel.

WearMax Professional High Build Sealer 6525 is free of formaldehyde, insecticides/pesticides and heavy metals (according to EN 71).
